The Inspection Arsenal Loc-N-Load™ 18″ Bundled Fixture System for CMMs w/ The Works Kit offers a complete and modular solution for streamlining precision part inspection. This bundled fixture system for CMMs is engineered to support fast, repeatable setups with a flexible layout that can be easily customized for different part geometries.

This bundle includes an 18″ Docking Rail compatible with most mid-sized CMMs, along with one 6×6″ and one 6×12″ Loc-N-Load™ Fixture Plate. Designed to interlock magnetically, these plates allow for quick-swap configurations without sacrificing accuracy. The bundled fixture system for CMMs can be scaled with additional rails and plates, making it ideal for both single-station and multi-machine environments.

Also included are an Angle Plate/Stop and a Qualifying Ball Plate with a standard M8 threaded insert. Users can specify M6, M10, or M12 inserts depending on machine requirements, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of setups.
