Meyer Gage Class XX MINUS Individual Standard Gage Pins are the go-to solution for the most demanding inspection environments. Engineered with the tightest tolerances in the industry, these gages feature a precision of ±.000020″ and a roundness limit of just .000010″. As NOGO gages, they are ideal for checking the minimum material condition of parts, ensuring proper clearance and part rejection where applicable.

Each gage pin is made from premium 52100 tool steel, heat-treated and precision-lapped for superior wear resistance and dimensional stability. The standard reversible design offers extended usability from both ends of the pin, enhancing longevity in high-volume environments. Sizes range from 0.005″ to 1.015″ in 0.0005″ increments to meet virtually every inspection requirement.

For easy identification and traceability, all Class XX MINUS Individual Standard Gage Pins above 0.060″ are laser marked with size, class, and tolerance direction, along with a unique serial number.
