Each gage pin is manufactured from high-grade 52100 tool steel and heat-treated for stability and durability. With an ultra-tight tolerance of ±0.00051mm and a roundness limit of just 0.00025mm, Class XX pins are Meyer Gage's most accurate product line. All gage pins above 1.51mm are laser marked with size, tolerance class (XX), and the MINUS designation, along with a serial number for full traceability.
