Meyer Gage Class XX PLUS Individual Reversible Gage Pins deliver the highest level of precision available for GO applications. Engineered to a tolerance of ±.000020″ and a roundness limit of just .000010″, these gages are ideal for calibration, metrology labs, and the most critical dimensional inspections. The PLUS (GO) direction ensures maximum material limit checking, allowing for high-confidence acceptance of parts and setups.

These gage pins are manufactured from wear-resistant 52100 steel, heat treated and precision ground to exacting standards. Sizes range from 0.005″ to 1.015″ in 0.0005″ increments, covering a full spectrum of tight-tolerance requirements. Each pin over 0.060″ is laser marked with its size, class, and PLUS direction for quick identification, and includes a unique serial number for complete traceability in calibration systems.

Meyer’s Individual Reversible Gage Pins design allows for extended use from both ends of the pin, providing additional value and reducing tool replacement frequency.
