Meyer Gage Class Z PLUS Individual Standard Pin Gages offer premium metric gauging performance for precision manufacturing and inspection. Designed to measure maximum material conditions (GO), these high-quality pin gages are ideal for pass/fail inspection of holes, slots, grooves, and other critical dimensional features. The PLUS tolerance direction confirms these gages are oversized within a controlled band, making them suitable for GO gauging tasks in quality control.

Each pin gage is manufactured from wear-resistant 52100 tool steel, hardened and stabilized for long-term dimensional accuracy. Class Z provides superior precision over Class ZZ, with a tighter tolerance of ±0.00245mm and enhanced repeatability. The gages are available individually and cover a complete metric range from 0.22mm to 25.65mm in 0.01mm increments.

Gage handle sizes are designated by diameter range:

• 1W Handle: 0.22mm to 1.91mm
• 2W Handle: 1.92mm to 4.57mm
• 3W Handle: 4.58mm to 7.14mm
• 4W Handle: 7.15mm to 10.31mm

Individual Standard Pin Gages over 1.51mm (0.060") are laser-marked with size, class, and PLUS direction to ensure traceability and ease of identification. Each gage is 2 inches in length and reversible for extended service life.
