Meyer Gage Class Z PLUS Pin Gauge Libraries (Inch) are engineered for GO gauging applications that require exceptional precision and quality. These Class Z gages provide tighter tolerances than Class ZZ, making them ideal for inspection tasks demanding high repeatability and minimal variation.
Each PLUS pin gauge in these libraries is manufactured from wear-resistant 52100 tool steel and precision ground to a tolerance of ±.0001"—twice as accurate as standard Class ZZ gages. These GO (PLUS tolerance) gages are commonly used to verify minimum material conditions and ensure that holes and slots meet lower-limit dimensional requirements.
Pins over 0.060" (1.51mm) in diameter are laser marked with the size, class, and tolerance direction to streamline organization and inspection workflows.
