Meyer Gage Class ZZ Custom Length Steel Alloy Gage Pins (Metric) are the ideal choice for applications that demand reliable inspection tools with extended reach or special-length requirements. These custom-length gages are offered in diameters from 0.279mm to 25.645mm and available in lengths ranging from 3" to 12", making them a flexible solution for fixture building, deep-bore measurement, and tool calibration tasks.

Manufactured from hardened 52100 steel and heat treated to a hardness of 60–62 Rockwell C, these gage pins offer lasting durability and dimensional stability. Pins with a diameter of 12.70mm (0.500") and above are cold-stabilized to further reduce thermal effects and ensure consistency under varying environmental conditions.

Class ZZ Custom Length Steel Alloy Gage Pins are designed with a tolerance of ±0.00508mm, making them well-suited for general-purpose measurement tasks where high repeatability and quick reference measurements are essential. Each gage can be specified as GO (Plus), NOGO (Minus), or Bilateral (Split) depending on your inspection procedure. All gages are NIST traceable for compliance with quality assurance programs.
