Meyer Gage Class ZZ Steel Alloy Custom Length Gage Pins are built to deliver dependable performance in inspection and calibration tasks where versatility and economy are key. Made from high-grade 52100 steel and heat treated to 60–62 Rockwell C, these durable pins are offered in custom lengths ranging from 3" to 12", allowing you to meet the needs of unique setups or deeper access measurement scenarios.

Designed with a tolerance of ±0.0002", Class ZZ gage pins provide a reliable solution for general-purpose inspection without compromising dimensional integrity. Gage diameters from 0.011" to 1.010" are available, and all size ranges are inclusive. For diameters 0.500" and above, cold-stabilization is applied to improve stability under varying temperature conditions.

Each pin is NIST traceable and can be specified in GO (Plus), NOGO (Minus), or Bilateral (Split) tolerance directions depending on your inspection method. While Class ZZ Steel Alloy Custom Length Gage Pins are the most economical gage class Meyer offers, they maintain excellent consistency for toolmaking, fixture building, and manufacturing quality control.
