At the core of the system is the 720mm Docking Rail, engineered to anchor your fixturing layout with rock-solid stability. This rail supports three included Loc-N-Load™ fixture plates: 180 x 180mm, 180 x 360mm, and 360 x 360mm—each crafted with a 20mm x 20mm hole pattern to provide universal compatibility with work-holding components. These plates feature a magnetically interlocking puzzle-style interface, allowing for effortless installation, repositioning, and repeatable setups without tools.

The TR-KIT-02M Complete Work-Holding Kit adds a curated selection of clamps and stops ideal for securing parts of various shapes, sizes, and complexities. From flat components to irregular profiles, this kit is ready to meet your inspection needs right out of the box.

Also included is a Qualifying Ball Plate for system alignment and verification. It ships with a standard M8 threaded insert, and you can request M6 or M10 inserts to match your specific CMM. For setups requiring M12 threads, the insert is not needed.
