The Inspection Arsenal 360mm Loc-N-Load™ CMM Starter Metric Fixture System provides an efficient and modular solution for metrology departments using mid-sized coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). This all-in-one starter bundle includes essential components to streamline part inspection, promote repeatability, and reduce setup time with fast-swap capabilities.

Designed for metric systems, this kit features a 360mm Docking Rail that mounts easily to most mid-size CMM beds. Included are (2) 180mm x 180mm Loc-N-Load™ Fixture Plates, built with a 20mm x 20mm hole pattern, which interlock magnetically with the docking rail for precise, repeatable alignment. The included Angle Plate/Stop provides secure part positioning, and the Qualifying Ball Plate ensures machine calibration consistency. The plate ships with an M8 threaded insert, with optional M6 or M10 inserts available upon request. M12-threaded ball plates require no insert.
