The Inspection Arsenal Modular Tower System is a revolutionary solution for expanding the capabilities of your CMM setup. Designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind, this preconfigured system gives inspectors the ability to build vertically and horizontally, adapting their workholding environment with precision and ease.

The tower system includes a variety of interchangeable components: a 2″ adjustable base, four 2×2″ interlocking cubes, a 4″ blank spacer block, and multiple steel posts for vertical and pivoting assembly. This building-block design empowers users to define the height and orientation of their inspection tower to suit the specific needs of each application—no longer bound by the limitations of fixed-height towers.

Each cube features ten ¼-20 threaded holes per face and a centered 3/8-16 hole, offering flexible mounting options. Cubes can be rotated and locked into any angle, thanks to their precision-machined male/female locating features. Made of durable black anodized aluminum, these components maintain alignment integrity while withstanding repeated use in demanding inspection environments.

Ideal for increasing the usable envelope of your CMM, this modular tower system minimizes obstruction to probe travel, enabling inspectors to measure parts from multiple angles without repositioning. It also integrates seamlessly with Loc-N-Load™ fixture plates and is compatible with all inch-based hole patterns.
