The Inspection Arsenal 360mm Loc-N-Load™ Metric CMM Complete Fixture System offers an all-in-one fixturing solution tailored to quality professionals using mid-sized coordinate measuring machines (CMMs). This system combines modularity, efficiency, and repeatability—making it ideal for fast setup changes and consistent part positioning during inspection routines.

At the core of this system is the 360mm Docking Rail, engineered to fit most mid-sized CMM beds. It interlocks magnetically with the included (2) 180mm x 180mm Loc-N-Load™ Fixture Plates, forming a rigid and repeatable platform for fixturing parts. The 20mm x 20mm grid pattern supports universal compatibility with metric work-holding components and offers limitless configuration options for complex geometries or part orientations.

The Complete Work-Holding Kit (TR-KIT-02M) includes an expanded assortment of Loc-N-Load™ clamps, rails, and accessories—allowing users to accommodate nearly any part size, shape, or inspection requirement. A Qualifying Ball Plate is included to help ensure CMM calibration accuracy, shipping standard with an M8 threaded insert (M6, M10, and M12 options available). The Angle Plate/Stop adds further stability and positioning control.
