Loc-N-Load™ combinations of fixture rails, plates and clamps create affordable, repeatable, and durable fixtures that reduce setup time and process more parts per shift. Plates interlock magnetically to remain firmly secured to one another.
Easily installs on CMMs and most laser equipment- use in applications from inspection to laser marking, in addition to other marking processes – even silk screen. Interchangeable with our Open-Sight™ Vision/Optical Fixture Plate system.
Bundle includes: (1) LNL-Dock-18, 18″ docking rail; (1) LNL-PLT-0606, 6×6″ Loc-N-Load plate; (1) LNL-PLT-0612, 6×12″ Loc-N-Load plate; (1) LNL-ANGL-0603, 6″ Angle Plate / Stop; (1) LNL-QUAL-PLT, 6 x 4″ Qualifying Ball Plate*; PLUS TR-KIT-03 Starter Work Holding kit containing non-marring hold downs, v-blocks, stops, and stand-offs.
* Qualifying Ball Plate ships with M8 threaded insert. M6 and M10 inserts are available if needed. For Qualifying Ball Plates with M12 female threads, no insert is required.
