The Vermont Gage PLUS Class ZZ Pin Gage Libraries Inch offer an economical solution for general-purpose inspection and measurement tasks. These high-quality pin gages are essential tools for measuring hole sizes, calculating distances between holes, gaging slot widths, checking locations, and performing Go/NoGo gaging. They can also be used to set micrometers, snap gages, and other measuring devices.

These gages are categorized as Class ZZ with a wide tolerance of .0002", providing added wear life compared to closer tolerance options. The PLUS designation indicates they are suitable for Go (Plus) inspection.

The Class ZZ Pin Gage Libraries Inch are available in traditional Tool Steel (60/65 Rc hardness) or with a proprietary Black Guard black oxide treatment. The Black Guard finish penetrates the surface, preventing rust and corrosion, extending the gage's useful life, and providing a visible wear indication for timely calibration or replacement.

All gages in the Class ZZ Pin Gage Libraries Inch are 2" long, finished to 10 microinch or better, and are Round within .0001". Sizes are offered in .0005" increments with .001" set increments for the libraries. Each set is NIST traceable, includes a Certificate of Accuracy, and gages over .0605" are clearly marked with size and tolerance direction.
